NutritionHere at Watford, like most other Crossfitters, we advocate clean eating as the way to fuel your bodies correctly during your training. A diet isn't just about loosing weight it is about getting the most out of food and about spending as much time looking after your inside as you are your outside.
We are also happy to support you if you are wanting to follow the either the Paleo or Zone diets. We often have Clean Eating challenges and constantly share best practice when it comes to eating the right fuel for maximising our workouts and recovery. Of course its very important that you consult your doctor before embarking on a new diet.
