A premier league rugby player for Saracens and previously a premier league footballer, Charlie knows what sort of training it takes to remain at the top for so long. She believes rugby lends itself well to the CrossFit ethos: brutal workouts coupled with incredible camaraderie is the secret to getting the best from someone. Charlie has a BSC Hons degree in sports science, is a CrossFit level 1 coach and is S&C qualified. |

CrossFit Gymnastics Certified CrossFit Mobility Certified MSc Sports Therapy Hat is the burpee loving coach at the box. A BSc in Sports Science from Exeter and a Masters in Sports Therapy, Strength and Conditioning qualified alongside being a Level 1 CrossFit trainer. She has extensive knowledge when it comes to anatomy and the ‘behind the scenes’ of training. Being a high level athlete, representing Saracens Women as well as previous involvement with the Irish Women’s rugby squads in both 15s and 7s, she takes her training seriously and this transfers into her coaching. Always pushing for improvements, you will never get away with missing reps when she is looking on! She loves anything which scares her – the more adrenaline the better. The quote she lives by is “Our greatest weakness lies in giving up.” |

Charlie offers bespoke nutrition plans and 1-2-1 coaching through Goode Health Nutrition, Her aim is to provide nutrition planning, ongoing support, written information and ongoing motivational guidance to help reach your goals quickly and effectively. Charlie has worked with a range of regional level CrossFit athletes to help them unlock their performance potential as well as every day members in the gym helping them achieve their fitness and body composition goals. |
